Academic Calendar

Boston University’s online Master of Arts in Art Education program is enrolling students for the 2009-2010 academic year. Each course is seven weeks in length and equivalent to four credits. The AR 890 thesis course is the exception, as it is 14 weeks in length and worth eight credits. Relevant course information and dates for the 2009-2010 academic calendars are listed below.

**Students may transfer in 4 credits of art elective to replace the Studio Course.

*** Thesis Research and Development is the last course that students take and runs for 14 weeks. In the example above students would take the 1st seven weeks during the summer 2010 term and the 2nd seven weeks during the fall 2010 term.
